About this villa rental
Villa Bond is situated in Dubrovnik, by it appearance will amaze you and make your holiday pure perfection Even though is in city, you will enjoy in tranquillity that offers and will be just 10 minutes drive away from the entrance of the Old Town. This villa was built back in 1927 but it is fully renovated in 2020 and now offers full comfort of modern, fully equipped house.
A walktrough:
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with private bathroom. Across the hallway there is living room, with dining room and fully equipped kitchen from where door leads to the pool area. There is also one separate toilet on this floor. Beautiful stone staircase, which is origin part of this villa, will take you to the first floor where are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. On this floor there is nice covered terrace where you can have your meal or just enjoy in summer nights.
Master bedroom is situated on second floor and has kitchenette and private
bathroom.
Outside area is spacious and gives you privacy, so that you can forget that you are in the narrower city centre. There is swimming pool, sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, as well as showers. In separate unit, which is near the pool, there is sauna, small gym and table tennis for your to use. There is tavern with barbecue and atmosphere perfect for preparing your meals and enjoying with your family and friends. On the first floor of this unit there in an apartment which is consisted of kitchen, living room, one bedroom with double bed and bathroom. There is also private garage for three cars. This villa will amaze you not only by its beauty, but also by its history. It was built in 1927 by father of Dusan Popov, well known double agent during World War II. who was Ian Fleming's primary inspirations for character of James Bond. Wouldn't be wonderful to spend your vacation in house where double agent lived in his early years of life?
