On the ground floor, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a tavern where you can enjoy traditional delicious, a family toilet, and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In front of the Residence, you will find a swimming pool with sundeck and lounge chairs, a private garden, a jacuzzi, and outdoor furniture where you can relax drinking your first-morning coffee or reading the latest news.
