In addition, the complex has several amenities to choose from! Directly in front of the condo is a much sought-after refreshing pool for those warm summer days. Near the pool is a barbecue and picnic areas for grilling your favorite sliders, smash burgers, or steaks; close around the unit is a gazebo area with plenty of seating, a basketball court for a little game of one-on-one, and a swing to watch the breathtaking Arizona sunsets. The grounds also feature laundry facilities and a fitness center. Inside the condo, are new furniture and appliances. The inviting living room is complete with a comfy sectional couch, SMART TV, and High-Speed Internet. A cozy fireplace and tribal-design blankets take the nip off of cooler nights. There are floating noodles for the pool and yoga mats in the closet for your use. Local information, travel tips, and maps are also provided for your convenience. ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature

The condo was nicely designed and clean. Older, but nice. The only hiccup was that we weren’t given our room number and had to go back to the vrbo ad and zoom in on the photo. It worked out fine. Our neighbor also had the same problem. It was good walking around the small town a bit and enjoying the beautiful views.

Glad we found this condo. Very scenic, grocery is across the road. The bed is the best! Amazingly comfy! Hubby and I hiked and did mtb and cooked meals. Would love to come back!

This is not in proper Sedona but we love it that way. Sedona is way too crowded with endless traffic. The property is well situated a walking distance away from everything you need. Not necessarily negative but good to know that it’s not a soundproof unit. We could hear everything. Being a unit on the ground, we could hear every foot steps from units upstairs. There is no dish washer. There is no pantry so you have to buy everything if you are wanting to cook or eat in. We stayed for 8 days.
