The Space:

Pioneer is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom Sedona vacation home that offers a tranquil and peaceful retreat for vacationing couples and families in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek.



This spacious 1,754 square-foot Sedona vacation rental features walls of windows filling the home with loads of natural light and a seamless connection to the beautiful fully-fenced backyard and surrounding Sedona landscapes. The living area is open and warmly appointed with all the comforts of home, a dining table with settings for six, and a modern open kitchen with a new gas stove and with a center island for prepping and serving, lots of counter space, and bar seating for two. This property as of May 2023 a new quieter heating unit has been installed. 



Pioneer accommodates up to 4 guests in two spacious and inviting bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, an open vanity area with his and hers vanities, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub. The second guest suite features a queen size bed, a desk space, and a private bathroom, also accessed from the hallway.



Sedona’s sunny skies beckon you outdoors to the beautifully landscaped backyard complete with a pond, tranquil Sedona views, a BBQ grill for cookouts, and plenty of space for the kids to play. When you’re not hanging out at home, you’re perfectly placed to experience the best of Sedona.

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
