The open-concept living/dining area is warm and inviting with comfy seating, a wood pellet fireplace, and glass sliders opening to a patio overlooking the sprawling fairways and Sedona’s spectacular Castle Rock. A bright and airy kitchen overlooks the living space with modern appliances, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a small breakfast nook for morning coffee.
This unit is ideal for condo sharing with two comfortable and inviting queen suites, both with their own bathrooms offering both privacy and space for guests. One of the bedrooms opens onto the patio with loungers, an inviting way to end a day of Sedona adventures under the stars.

There was a minor ant problem in the kitchen. The pest control company called by Foothills Property Mgmt couldn’t come out for 4 days. The ant traps we bought somewhat took care of the problem. I was surprised there wasn’t recycling available to WT. A porch light by the front door would have been appreciated. The employees I dealt with were polite and efficient.

This condo has a good view of Castle Rock. It is comfortably furnished. Two weeks into our stay, tiny ants appeared in the kitchen. We told the property manager. Before pest control could come out, we bought ant traps. That mostly solved the problem. Also, an outdoor light by the front door would be helpful.
