The unit was okay, sofa has had better days , there was a toaster oven instead of a toaster that was an antique . 2 floors beds are up.. the AC had a hard time to service the 2nd floor worked but not well , carpet needs to be replaced . We have stayed at the country club 3 times previously this units locating was not the quietest it's located a long a busy area for landscapers and trash removal

Pros. Nice very quiet condo development
Smart tv. Nice outdoor seating. Good blender for smoothies. Some pantry items in kitchen like oil and spices. Pots and pans average quality and some worn out. Excellent communication from manager about check in and out.
Cons. Some things didn’t work well. Toaster oven didn’t turn off unless unplugged. No toaster
Washer cycle didn’t work correctly and got stuck
Ceiling fan clicked and made annoying noise
Tub drains both bathrooms slow
Pillows hard ; but that’s a personal opinion
Pool deck only had 5 chaise lounges for seating or else hard metal chairs and uncomfortable. Chaise lounges always full when we checked on pool
We turned on AC final night of stay but it didn’t seem to affect bedroom temperature
