Nestled on a private road in the sought-after Dionis area, this cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath ranch offers a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Enjoy the cool ocean breezes and proximity to both town and the beaches – an ideal setting for a memorable Nantucket vacation.

With a spacious, open floor plan and soft, calming colors, this home is a true retreat. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and sits on an acre of land, offering plenty of space for outdoor fun, BBQs, and picnics.
