natural site of Méjean, close to all
shops (Carrefour City, butcher,
fishmonger, bakery, fruit and vegetables,
pharmacy, bank, house of the
press…), 2 mins walk from the beautiful
Lattes market, 10 minutes from the beaches of
Carnon.
The tram station for Montpellier
(center, station or shopping centers)
found 5 mins walk
Bike paths are 100
meters towards the city center or
from the beaches of Palavas, Carnon and Grande-
Motte… (1 bike will be available).
The south facing house includes
a large living / dining room, a
fully equipped open kitchen,
one bedroom with a double bed, one
bedroom with twin beds, one
mezzanine with bz sofa (cot), bathroom
bathroom with toilet, shower room and separate toilet.
Outside and around the pool, a
large table, garden furniture,
deckchairs, and a plancha are at your
disposition.

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in the house of Florence and Michel. It is perfect located close to the center of Lattes and just a few minutes with the bike to the nature reserve and a little bit more to the beaches.
The house is fully equipped with everyhing you might need, lovely decorated and has a nice pool. On top they have two turtles and our kids loved to feed them.

Maison très propre, très bien équipée. Bien située, proche des commerces et du tram. Propriétaires très accueillants.
