About this house rental
The house is located 3 minutes from the A9 motorway, easy to access. Montpellier airport is located 8 minutes by car, the TVG station also and 12 minutes from Montpellier station. The Montpellier tramway serves the village of Lattes .
The house is next to the nature house (beautiful free ornithological park), it can be reached on foot or by bike. The house is also next to the cycle path that connects Montpellier to Palavas via the ponds, a very beautiful route accessible to the whole family. It takes 15 minutes by bike to get to Palavas. The same goes for Montpellier.
We also recommend visiting unmissable sites such as the medieval city of Aigues Mortes or the port city of Sète (20-25 min)
The villa is an old stone house renovated a few years ago. It is an ideal house to accommodate a family.
It is decorated with a garden with salt water swimming pool (3x8m), a pond (for fish), a trampoline, a wooden terrace with garden furniture area and dining table. The house, on two levels (first floor and R+1), is composed of two double bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor: common areas with kitchen, living room, TV area (sofa bed on request), office space, and toilet.
The house is made up on the first floor:
- Living room
- a kitchen with dining table
- a TV lounge / play room for children. The leather sofa can be replaced by a sofa bed if requested allowing you to have a 3rd extra bed
- an office space allowing you to telework.
There is also a toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 and 160cm, a bathroom (bath and vanity unit), and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms can be transformed into a children's room with a single bed. We can provide a travel cot if requested
