Perfect appartment when visiting Cochem.

Very nice appartment next to the center of Cochem. Very spacious and nice appartment with good beds en good shower and nice balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is next to the sesselbahn which is a must-do in Cochem. It is possible to park the car in the garage below the house and here you can also store your bikes. Perfect appartment for visiting Cochem and surroundings.

Excellent stay

Fantastic. Secure parking was brilliant for our brand new motorbike. The size was great and the facilities. We were late on arriving unfortunately so didn’t have time to enjoy the apartment fully.

The most clean apartment we've booked in a while

Everything was well arranged, just as in the pictures. We booked apartment 4, on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a small window overlooking the Pinnerkreuz. The apartment was super clean. Location was perfect. A parking card was provided for the garage right opposite the apartment building. Host is very kind and welcoming

The pillow could have been a bit firm. We still had a great rest though 😊

Perfect location, super clean, exceptional value, we liked spending time at apartment relaxing.

The location is better than most since it is not on the main road yet it is super close (2 minute walk) to all the nicest places to eat and shop.

We like everything about this apartment and stay - zero complaints (it is a great value considering the location, cleanliness, price, room size, lighting, decor, comfort of the beds, couch, dining table ...).

Wonderful old home, clean tidy and comfortable

Edmund was a super friendly host, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed and shower were great and we had a wonderful sleep. The apartment is very close walking to town, and ,cochem is just adorable. We would definitely stay here again. It's an old house as you can see from the photos, but it's immaculately kept and is better than its photos show. The free parking in the secure garage underneath was a huge bonus.

Romantic 3-day stay

They are actually small apartments and not rooms.. renovated, nicely decorated and super clean!! The host is really nice and kind!! If my road ever brings me back there, I will definitely choose that place for my stay!!

Exceptional

A few minutes walking from the river and the city center. The apartment was very cozy with a big bedroom. We had enough space to instal our travel bed for our 3yo daughter. You can free park your car in the garage under the apartment. The shower water pressure and temperature was very good. The owner received us with a bottle of wine from the region. Very good price/quality value.

Good Center location in cochem

The place is centrally located. Apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials. It is also big enough for a couple. Owner provides 3 bottles of local wine which is a bonus. Response time from the owner is good.

Only one thing which we didn’t like was bed sheet & duvet cover which we felt were bit smelly. Otherwise I would have rated the property 10.

Toller Aufenthalt

Der ganze Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ohne etwas besonders hervorzuheben kann man sagen das wir sehr gerne wiederkommen. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Die Lage ist sowohl positiv als auch negativ. Man ist mittendrin. Nach „mittendrin“ führt aber ja bekanntlich in der Regel auch eine Straße. Das ist aber fast Jammern auf hohem Niveau, da ich lärmempfindlich bin.

Super mooi appartement op een prachtige locatie

Zeer goede ligging. 2 minuten lopend vh centrum terrasjes restaurants , de moesel en boottochten etc. De andere richting uit 2 minuten lopen na de kabelbaan toe. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Ons appartement was zeer ruim voor 2 pers. Uitzicht op de hoofdweg en berg en de kabelbaan. Lekker koel ondanks warmte buiten. Alles was top. Het was er schoon en netjes alles. Genoeg handdoeken aanwezig. Keuken voorzien van kookplaat oven magnetron waterkoker koffiezet apparaat. En aparte grote ijskast. Roken in een buiten terras. Wij gaan zeker als we weer na cochem gaan hier na terug.

Het eten in de restaurants. Vrij prijzig en vooral het drinken. En qua eten, wij wonen tegen de Duitse grens aan en daar gaan wij juist uit eten voor de grote porties en de prijzen . Maar in Cochem zijn het echt mini porties. Ze lokken je na binnen met een schnitzel voor 10 euro maar het is dan wel een super kleine voor senioren of kids. Spaghetti is daar water zonder gehakt en kost €20. Je weet in toeristische plaatsen is het altijd duurder maar een normale cola op terras afgerond €6. Is wel jammer Dus deze slaap locatie was prima om daar zelf vanalles te kunnen kokkerellen. Wij waren er 2,5 dag dus 1x ontbijt gemaakt. Maar als je er een hele week zou zijn kun je zelf zeker aan de kook daar

Mooi appartement

Het was een hele mooie locatie, het was rustig maar dichtbij het stadje. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk, we konden eerder inchecken zodat we optijd bij onze afspraak konden zijn. Daarnaast was het appartement schoon en was er veel aanwezig. Zo ook kruiden en olie.

Außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gepflegt . Alles in der Küche vorhanden was man so braucht , Kaffee , Gewürze , Alufolie usw . Super Lage ! 1 Gehminute bis zur Mosel .

¡Perfecta!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en la carretera de acceso a la población, con lo que no hay que callejear con el coche para acceder o salir de él. Además, está a un paso del centro así que es de lo más conveniente: aparcas y disfrutas de Cochem tomando unos vinos del Mosela. El hecho de tener parking dentro del mismo alojamiento es un punto a favor (aconsejo entrar marcha atrás para poder aparcar más fácilmente porque dentro hay poco espacio para maniobrar). La cocina está muy bien equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para estar allí varios días.

Las almohadas son algo incómodas (muy blandas). Al estar el dormitorio al lado de la carretera, la noche del sábado tuvimos que cerrar la ventana porque había mucho ruido (personas y coches pasando). Pero no hubo problema con ello porque hacía fresco. El resto de los días no hubo que cerrarla.

Super Lage, sehr netter Besitzer. Alles sauber und im Apartment war alles mögliche vorhanden, um beispielsweise auch zu kochen. Ein extra Raucherbereich im Garten war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Preis-Leistung war hier mehr als zufriedenstelelnd.

Perfecte locatie, zeer aardige host, bereidt te assisteren. Mooi groot appartement waar alles inzit wat je nodig hebt/zou kunnen hebben. Temperatuur was ondanks de hitte goed te doen.

Fantastische plek in een prachtig dorp

Mooie locatie met uitzicht op de Pinnerberg en de weg naar het centrum welke op 250 meter verwijderd is. Superaardige gastheer. Eigen parkeerplaats onder het appartement. Echt een top plek

De slaapbank vielen een beetje tegen met 2 grote kinderen. Hij mag wel wat breder zijn.

Die Wohnung war super süß. Für mich als Alleinreisende perfekt, aber zu zweit auch gut. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Liegt halt an der Hauptstraße (Verkehr, aber auch zentral) Für meine Bedürfnisse hat es gepasst. Parken im Parkhaus. 👍🏻 Der Vermieter ist top. Antwortet zügig und zudem noch sehr zuvorkommend, pragmatisch und nett. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gute Lage am Rande des Stadtzentrums von Cochem, Parken problemlos + kostenfrei gegenüber im Parkhaus, Küche + Bad ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Alles sauber.

Zalige studio op een voortreffelijke locatie!

ALLES BEVIEL ONS! Heerlijk dat de studio zo comfortabel en netjes is. Alles is voorhanden, de bedden waren mooi opgedekt, en de handdoeken zijn van goede hotelkwaliteit. De ligging zo vlakbij het centrum is heerlijk en de privé garage waar de auto veilig kon staan maakte het een topverblijf.
