Great location and the price.
It was not as clean as other places I have stayed in the area. Mold around the AC and dirt between bathroom panels and door was the only thing I could complain. But for this price, it was pretty good!

That made me feel super safe.
It was very near to train station. There’s a family mart just opposite the building.
There’s a supermarket , Lawson , cosmetics store very near to the property.

I stayed here for two weeks by myself during hanami. I didn’t feel cramped, there was a beautiful view, I had the amenities to cook meals and do laundry, and it was close to two different stations that gave me broad access to local shrines and attractions. I never needed to take a taxi. There are amazing restaurants and izakaya to try in the area too.
Occasionally there was a weird smell that permeated the apartment, but when you’re situated near restaurants it can’t be helped. And with the hot water only lasting 20 minutes, you can’t truly enjoy the Japanese bathing experience that you would be able to get with the ofuro + shower the apartment has. But I suppose that’s part of it being an apartment.

The location is convenient.
The hair dryer was broken on the first day, although I got a new one on the second day, however I got it at 8 pm, which I thought it’s them forgot to give me on the daytime.
