駅近で周辺の環境がとにかく便利です。　 スーパーやドラッグストア、ダイソー、コンビニが歩いてすぐの場所に揃っているので、買い物に困ることはありませんでした。 ワンフロア2部屋だけなので、静かでプライベート感があり落ち着いて過ごせます。

他の部屋の人と会う機会がなかったので、音にも気にならず過ごせた。
タオルが少なくアメニティが少なかった。カミソリなど。大きい物玄関にゴミ箱が1個しかなかった。

Рядом жд станции, метро, автобус. Отличное месторасположение. В квартире всё необходимое есть. Всё чистое. Отличный хозяин. Всем доволен.
Довольно грязный пол. Остальное чисто и свежо.
