Small home away from home. Two floors provide some sense of privacy. Complete facilities. We were able to cook and launder during our stay. There are 2 grocery stores, Lawson, Sukiya and other yummy restos near the Tengachaya station. The station is a bit if a walk from the house. Around 500 meters away. But a 7eleven is just close by.
Thin walls especially when next door neighbors are noisy. Our neighbor for 3 of the nights were very noisy with alarms going off at 5-6am. But I guess if there are no tenants next door, it would be perfect.

以前天下茶屋に住んでいたのですが、 また天下茶屋に引っ越したいなぁと、この家に住みたいと思いました。
テレビが何も映らない。。。 とにかくそれが残念でした。 何か映るようにしてください。お願いします。

駅から近く、大きさに対して値段も安い良い宿だったので、スコアは国内基準だと6ヨーロッパ基準だと12相当します。 特筆すべきは日用品の豊富さで、半年住んでも尽きることがないほど、さまざまな日用品が大量にありました。 ベッドもお風呂も快適でした。 管理人さんと何度かメッセージのやり取りもしましたが、とても親切で感じの良い方でした。
安全性：2階の寝室の窓に鍵をかけることができないので、普通に入ることができます。大丈夫？鍵をかける方法があったのであればごめんなさい… 清潔さ：2台のキング？クイーン？サイズのベッドを置いているから仕方ないことではあるが、ベッドの下の掃除が全くできておらず、エアコンを付ける度にハウスダストが舞い上がり滞在中はずっと鼻の調子が悪かったです。これが1番ストレスで非常に残念なポイントでした。写真は我慢できなくてベッド下を掃除した際に撮りました。 テレビの位置：リビングでテレビを観るには姿勢が苦しいです。なぜ下に取り付けたのか。 キッチン：底の深い食器もいくつか置いてくれると嬉しいです。 遮音性：壁が薄いので横の部屋の音がほとんど聞こえてきました。
