My experience at Blue Meadows Nuwara Eliya was nothing short of amazing, and it easily ranks as one of the best stays I’ve had. From the very beginning, the atmosphere felt inviting and peaceful, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. Nestled in a serene area with cool climate and beautiful surroundings, the location itself was enough to make the stay feel special. What really made a difference was the level of hospitality. The team was incredibly courteous, always approachable, and consistently attentive to every need. Their genuine warmth and willingness to assist made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable rather than just a standard hotel stay. The room exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and upkeep. Everything was neat, fresh, and well-organized, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. It was the kind of space where you could fully unwind after a day out, with a calm and cozy atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Dining was another standout aspect. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and fresh. There was a good selection to choose from, and every dish felt carefully made, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The hotel’s setting is also very convenient. It offers easy access to key spots in Nuwara Eliya while still maintaining a quiet and relaxing environment away from the busy areas. This balance made it ideal for both exploring and unwinding. Overall, the entire stay was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Every aspect—from the service to the facilities—was handled exceptionally well. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya and would gladly return in the future.

To be honest, I couldn’t find anything to fault during my stay. Everything was handled so efficiently and thoughtfully that there was nothing that stood out as a negative. From the service to the room condition, everything felt well-managed and consistent. The staff played a big role in this by being consistently helpful and ensuring guests were well taken care of at all times. The cleanliness and comfort of the room made a strong impression. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property, as even the smallest details were in place. This made it very easy to relax and enjoy the stay without any concerns. The peaceful setting and pleasant weather also added to the overall experience. Being surrounded by such calm and scenic views made it a perfect escape from daily routines. Food was also a big positive, with every meal being enjoyable and satisfying. It really felt like a complete hospitality experience rather than just accommodation.

It was beyond our expectation. The room was a bit less of walking space, may be it was the type of room we reserved. Staff, food, cleanliness, it was superb. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends & come back againfor a family suite whish we had a look

The bed was very comfortable and bedding clean. The staff were friendly and tried to help. The dinner was good.

The hotel was tired. The pictures of the hotel and rooms didn't match the actual hotel. The info on Booking.com was incorrect. The manager said that she was working to correct it. The rooms were not clean. I am not fussy about old furniture but dirty fridge, walls, toilet, floors is unacceptable. I told the manage and she said she would train the cleaner,who was new!
