Extremely disappointing experience. The biggest issue was that we were literally locked outside the property late at night for over an hour. We repeatedly called, messaged, and shouted for someone to open the door, but no one responded.
Being left outside for that long with no communication or assistance is completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe and helpless as guests. We had paid for our stay and expected basic access, communication, and hospitality.
Whatever positives the property may have, this experience completely overshadowed them. I would strongly recommend improving guest communication and ensuring someone is available to assist guests at all times.
