About this apartment rental
We offer you a bright, comfortable apartment in Greetsiel. The well-kept apartment "Lüttje Krabbe" is located on the upper floor of an apartment building not far from the center. Supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, shops and harbor are a 5 minute walk away.
It consists of a cozy living-dining area, a bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, a spacious bedroom with two single beds on the top floor and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a stairway to the top floor.
The living room and kitchen are equipped with: flat screen TV with satellite.-Connection, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, stove with ceramic hob and oven. The apartment was completely renovated in 2012 and further modernized in April 2019.
Garden furniture is available for the large balcony of the apartment (12 sqm) on the south side. In front of the house there is a private parking space and a separate bicycle shed.
Access to the apartment is via a staircase. A blackout in the apartment is possible via pleated blinds. Crockery and cutlery is available in sufficient quantities even with maximum occupancy. The apartment is located in a massive apartment building with several residential units. Smoke detectors are available for your safety.
The distance from this apartment to the town center (port) is approx. 750m (footpath).

Es war alles sehr gut. Nur die Sofas waren ,sicher von Hunden, sehr zerkratzt. Sah nicht schön aus.

Das Objekt an sich ist gut gelegen und die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, doch für drei Erwachsene und einen Hund ausreichend groß.
Der Eincheck-Vorgang war auch in Ordnung, doch bekamen wir leider nur einen Schlüssel für drei Personen, dies ist jedoch eher ein kleineres Manko.
Unser größstes Problem mit der Unterkunft war die allgemeine Sauberkeit, vor Allem die des Geschirrs, (Spuren von Saucen oder Ähnlichem in den Töpfen, ungewaschene Gläser, Besteck ebenfalls ungewaschen)
Auch wunderten wir uns wieso unser Hund die eine Couch ständig fixiert, ein Hochheben brachte Erkenntnis, wir fanden Speisereste (Snacks etc.) darunter. Wir denken, dass es durchaus zumutbar ist wenigstens hier zu reinigen, vor Allem im Rahmen der Corona Schutzvorkehrungen, sollte die Wohnung hinreichend abgenommen und solche Mängel beseitigt werden. Bis jetzt gab es seitens des Vermieters, trotz mehrfacherer Kontaktaufnahme, hierzu nur einmal noch während des Urlaubs eine (Hier wurde uns eine Nachbesserung versprochen, die jedoch in mangelhaftem Umfang geschah.), sonst keine Stellungsnahme.
Wären letztere Mängel nicht gewesen, würde hier mit Sicherheit, eine deutlich positivere Bewertung stehen.
