Stay was ok apart from the parking situation

Close to the city centre

One of the reasons We booked this apartment was that it offered free parking but when we got there the parking permit we were supposed to use was 2 years out of date i messaged the owner and he said i could chance it and use it or pay for parking which he recommended as it was £100 fine so the parking was not free the parking meters only allowed me to book for 3 hrs at a time so I had to keep coming back to apartment to renew my tickets which was really annoying,so it cost me £20 to park outside apartment this is false advertising im afraid

We were very comfortable and felt very much at home.

Kitchen towel and tea towel. Good heating. Comfortable bed. Lots of shelf space in living room. Close to good eateries and little food shops.

A hook on the back of the bathroom door would be good. The lock box was a bit awkward and we had to get in touch for advice. The street door key needed a wiggle (and perhaps some WD40), but was ok once you got used to it.

It was ok, but wouldn't stay again.

Location was ok, although parking was not always guaranteed outside the property, despite the parking permit available. This was largely due to other drivers not making best use of the space available in the designated parking bays. The bed and sofa were comfortable.

The absence of a table and chairs made dining and undertaking computer work strenuous and painful for someone with limited mobility. In the kitchen, wall tiles were in need of a good clean, the sealant was black and mouldy, and the mixer tap was to be held together with black insulation tape to prevent leaking. There was a constant drip from the tap. A number of the floor tiles in the bathroom had gaps and needed filling. Place felt a little tired and in need of work. The entrance to the apartments was dark, dingy and smelled damp. Thankfully, there was a plug-in air freshener in the apartment to mask the general odour from the communal area.

I liked that it was a flat (apartment) with kitchen facilities and that I had the whole place to myself. I also liked the shower head.

The whole flat and kitchen items (plates, pots & pans, and flatware) need a thorough deep cleaning. There were two extra pillows but no pillowcases.

Nice and clean flat everything fine. Close to local shops and 15 mins walk to city centre.

Only bad point was the communal entrance which smelt disgusting coming into the landing stairs and had no lights in the evening.

Everything about the apartment was fantastic, perfect location, all the amenities needed and extras too. Bed super comfy, lounge v spacious and all kitchen equipment of a good quality and standard. Highly recommend

The apartment was clean and in a good location. Every thing needed was on hand to make self catering possible.

The bedding was unacceptable. The duvet cover etc. were crumpled and creased making it look as if it had not been changed since the last guest and the brown under sheet appeared dirty. The bedding had an overpowering smell of fabric softener. If it had been a hotel we would have asked for an alternative room. We bought a new complete set of white bedding to use for our stay. Not ideal! There was no bed side lamp. Nor a floor or table lamp in the living room. These are normally a fixture in all homes. Hopefully the host will make changes to address these issues. Otherwise a clean, pleasant, well equipped apartment.

I liked the location. All the main attractions, shops, restaurants were within a walking distance. The apartment was well equipped with all the necessities.

Bed and bed linen, towels - very comfortable, towels & linen clean and plentiful. Owner very good at communicating, helpful and responsive. Bathroom clean. Owner rectified the mug and key situation very quickly - thank you.

Floors, apart from bathroom, not very clean. Could do with small dining table and chairs, there is room. Sitting/ living room stank of cigarette smoke throughout stay, despite been non-smoking. Heating, although only needed one evening, not working. Boiler pressure 0. Fire alarm went off twice at 4.30am & 4.45am one night. No reason. Only one mug/cup; spare key not able to unlock door - both rectified v. quickly by owner.

Good facilities for a 3 day stay. Initial access by key safe. Good owner communication for problems. Instructions supplied for all appliances.

Chosen for quoted free parking but Aberdeen City Parking charges on street from 0800 daily except Sunday. Meant taking car out everyday.Some damp smell especially in bathroom. Smoke alarm beeping on arrival ( fixed quickly by Liam)

Good port in a storm!

The owner was very helpful and patient, especially with my numerous questions.

Slight hiccup with the booking -likely because it was last minute, due to a family emergency. But owner, Liam, was very kind easy to contact and helpful especially as I was not functioning at my sharpest!

A acomodação estava completamente imunda. O corredor tinha lixo e urina. Foi a pior experiência que eu já tive na minha vida. Os vizinhos brigavam muito e parecia que invadiriam o apartamento. Entrei em contato com a pediu o cancelamento da reserva. Me ressarciram 20 libras. Fui embora no outro dia. Não recomendo para ninguém

O proprietário foi extremamente grosso mal educado. O apartamento parece ter aqueles apartamentos dados pelo governo para moradores de rua. Não recomendo a ninguém
