Walk to restaurants, shops, watersport rentals, and much more within minutes! For even more fun, this getaway is also conveniently close to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa which all offer their own unique attractions suitable for the whole family. Plus, for a bit more of a day trip, you can schedule a fishing trip to catch a big one right off of the shore nearby!
Things to Know
Guests will need to complete the rental application as well as submit to a background check upon booking. Failure to complete and return this application timely will result in being denied access to the unit. No refunds will be issued should you fail to complete and return the application and background authorization forms. The background check is $65 per person (over 18 years old). There is also a processing fee of $25.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 10.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
