Not too far from the sea but in a quiet location is this 2019 newly renovated holiday home which is suitable for up to 9 people. The very nicely furnished house is divided on three floors, the ground floor, the first floor and the attic.Ground floor:The ground floor consists of a "master bedroom" which has its own living area, its own bathroom, its own entrance and its own terrace. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a satellite TV.Right next to it is a wellness area which is equipped with a whirlpool, satellite TV and air conditioning, an air-conditioned summer kitchen with table and chairs for everyone and a separate toilet. The summer kitchen can also be used very well as a common room. There is also a satellite TV here.A washing machine and dryer are free to use. The terrace on the ground floor is equipped with seating and a grill.1st floor:On the first floor there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen in the same room. This large room is also air-conditioned and has a satellite TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. On this floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower and bath.From the living/dining area you can access a wonderful 25 m² balcony with a very nice sea view.
