All good

Aesthetically nice, breakfast is good
Poor communication, poor customer services, wasted alot of our time with their mistakes. Wait along time for service of any kind. Lunch and evening meals mediocre. No alcohol

The villas are incredible. Super romantic and unique. Our jacuzzi tub was also amazing.
The pool area didn’t have enough chairs. The walk to and from the common areas / restaurants from the back villas was too far. Breakfast buffet was not kept up on and at 830am nearly all the hot plans were emptied and hadn’t been refilled

We were blown away by Venice resort and wished we had stayed longer!
Everything about this hotel was so unique, from the location in the mangrove forest and surrounding wildlife, to the huge mineral pool, activities and cabins set on boardwalks.
We are not usually the sort to spend lots of time in our hotel but we definitely made an event of staying here.
We saw lots of bats, water monitors and even a cheeky monkey sitting on a sun lounger one day, and its family playing by the river.
We also made use of the free transfer to Railay beach which was a bonus and saved us money on booking our own boat.
I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, thank you Venice!
Hardly any negatives, the hotel was amazing.
The only note is that we didn't realise beforehand the hotel does not serve alcohol but it's not a big deal as if you want to drink they allow you to bring your own for free.

I like that it was in the mangrove and it was very peaceful.
Accidentally we broke the hand soap container and they made us pay for it, they even took a photo of it. I felt this would not have happened in any other hotel. Also this happened bc there was no body wash in the shower, so we had to take the hand soap from the bathroom.

Friendly helpful staff very serene, beautiful views and very comfy clean room. The beds are really comfy. Good variety at breakfast especially if you’re a big eater.

Rooms were stunning. Real high quality feel to them. Pool facilities were lovely with comfy sunbeds and a ginormous pool.
It would have been nice to be a bit closer to amenities but we did know it was out of the way. Taxi cheap and easy to get. A bar and evening restaurant would have also been nice but again we knew this wasn’t available so not a complaint.

Everything is absolutely amazing. The jacuzzi room is to die for.
The resorts and facailities such as the pool are exceptional.
Well done to whoever designed the resort snd for the staff to keep it up to standard.
It is only 10 mins by bike to ao nang central area.
We booked all the tours from the hotel and anchisa a nuchy were amazing and helped us all the way. They are amazing employees and treated us very well during our stay. Apart from that we gave them our days here and completly helped us plan the best tours to make our trip fantastic. And they surley did.
There is another employee coffee who also helped us during one of our tours.
You will definitley see us again.
Weel done venice krabi villa resort team. Keep up the good work.

Very unique place well taken care of. Loved the private hut with jacuzzi. Staff were very responsive and accommodating. Clean and nice place food was good as well. Nice to be away from the noisy town.
There should be more shuttles to town available.

Gigantic and comfortable bed, all the needed appliances, even a bag with towels to go to the beach. Free transfer from Hotel to Railay beach and else.
Huge resort and our villa was at the far end of it, so it was really far to walk to reception, restaurant or taxi pick-up. However you can always call reception and request a golf cart to come pick you up.

This is a unique and stunning resort. Incredible workmanship and attention to detail in the design. Extremely spacious and comfortable. Lovely staff. Very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is pretty special.
The resort does feel like a bit of a ghost town at times. It did not appear to be even half full. Breakfast is busy, there are a scattering of people at the pool. The cafe (beautiful but quite separate) was dead when we went for lunch and the restaurant for evening dinner was awkwardly dead also. This gives a bit of a forlorn air about the place. It feels half inhabited and there’s really not much atmosphere. There is really very little to do within walking distance so the option is to go into Ao Nang or similar via taxi. We were 2 families with kids 10-14 so perhaps we’re seeking a bit more of a “vibe”. If you are after utter tranquility and solitude, this would be perfect.

I liked how quiet and calm this place was. The villa we stayed in was separate enough from the others that we felt privacy without being alone in the wilderness.
It was perfect.
The room was big, the deck area was also nice.
Although I love the eco friendly and nature progressive efforts of the brand, there is no alcohol on the premises.
Which is totally fine, I just must have missed that detail when booking. I just didn’t expect it, especially when we went to the pool bar.

Our overall stay at Venice Krabi was okay, but unfortunately not a place we would return to or recommend.
The pool itself is large and pleasant.
The room looked nice at first glance — spacious and well designed.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of service. The personnel felt largely absent throughout our stay, with very little interaction or support. The only consistently helpful staff were the small electric car drivers who transported us to our room upon request. Beyond that, service — especially around common areas — was nearly nonexistent.
The pool itself is large and pleasant, but again, the service around it was poor. When we tried to order drinks, we were told there was no ice available, meaning no drinks could be served at all. Breakfast was another major letdown: low-quality food, limited variety, and overall lack of freshness. The coffee came from a basic automatic machine and was far below acceptable standards. The only positive item was the omelet station, which was decent.
The room looked nice at first glance — spacious and well designed — but comfort was an issue. The bed was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the air-conditioning and door indicator lights stayed on all night, lighting up the room and disturbing rest.
The location is also a serious drawback. The hotel is very far from everything, and without transportation you are essentially stuck. We had to rent a motorbike to move around. Ride-hailing services like Grab did not work, and every car or tuk-tuk had to be arranged through reception, which was inconvenient and time-consuming.
The gym is small but does have some basic equipment, which is a minor positive, though it does not compensate for the other shortcomings.
Overall, while the property has potential in terms of design and space, the lack of service, poor breakfast quality, uncomfortable room details, and isolated location significantly impacted our experience.

It has a nice outdoor area to the accommodation. You can also ask to be driven to your accommodation if needed.
Our door would not lock. The toilet door has glass in it, you don’t want to see your partner on the toilet.

Warm welcome. All staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful and unique site and hotel. Room was well equipped, spacious and clean. Lovely pool, good few activities on site. Had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend it to friends! Thank you!
The artificial beach next to the pool could do with some new sand. Have a larger gym facility. Maybe have a new surface for the perimeter road around the villas. But otherwise all is great.

Pool, restaurant, bungalows, staff everything was great.
There was a jungle close to the property. In the late night walks there was some scorpions on the road etc. but what do you expect when you stay close to the jungle.

We spent 3 days here and loved every moment of it! The staff are pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious; both the breakfast buffet and the evening restaurant menu, the latter featuring a good selection of thai dishes with locally sourced ingredients, as well as other western style offerings.
Our accommodation was amazing too. Great facilities, a comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the lagoon outside. You are surrounded by plenty of nature too.
The pool is a spectacle in itself: very long with infinity edges and plenty of jacuzzi style bubble spots.
The value for money here is incredible!
Nothing to note here really! It maybe worth mentioning that they don't sell alcohol on site - as made clear on their website. There is a 7/11 around 10 minutes walk away, so you can grab your own if desired.
The mocktails they do are great though, I recommend the Pina Banana!

We stayed as a family for one night, simply for an overnight stop, and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful breakfast. Very good view from the balcony.
Smells wet at the room

Very peaceful and beautiful villas in the serene nature. Super Friendly and helpful staff. David and Maw drive us around the property to places with a smile, Gucchi and Yu Yah are super helpful with requests. A lot free activities to do, morning yoga, kayaking, and gym. It’s not in the town center but there are free shuttles worked well for us and it’s not expensive at all to get a cab to town. We saw monkeys and monitor lizards around. A very special place to be in Krabi and an unique stay to be experienced

We LOVED this property. It felt very 5 star. We had a water villa over looking the pond which was beautiful. You can Kayak around the lagoon for free, and the pool was amazing, the biggest hotel pool I have seen which had jacuzzi seats available. The free boat service to breakfast was a lovely touch.
The staff were so lovely, they did everything they could to assist you. There is a golf buggy service available to take you around the resort. The food was great and the breakfast was fantastic, it had lots of options, an egg/omelette station and lots of fresh fruits.
We viewed the staff being amazing with other people’s children and so being caring.
There is a seven eleven on the Main Street close by with a pharmacy near etc and Ao Nang was only a short taxi ride away for food.
The hotel had opportunities for you to kayak around the mangroves on the border of the hotel, but we didn’t have much time available. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttles to Ao Nang and Railay …
We loved our stay and definitely come back if we were in the area.
Bring insect repellent, like with most places in Thailand, but that’s not a negative for the hotel!

The room was a good size, and the breakfast was consistently nice. Every time we needed to go to the swimming pool or the breakfast area, there were drivers with golf carts available to take us there, which was helpful although takes time—otherwise, it’s about a 15-minute walk
The room was okay, but not very comfortable. The hotel is located far from the main street, so getting to the city center requires a taxi, which costs around 350-500 BHT one way. The pool is nice but quite a walk—about 15 minutes away from the rooms. Also, there were quite a few mosquitoes around, likely due to stagnant water nearby, so be prepared if you're sensitive to that. also no shelfs in the closets, the room was isolated and the pictuers and descriptions at the hotel's site are missleading and not as published at site

At night, the insects are chirping very loud, you need to be OK with it, it‘s near to mangroves

The resort was unbelievable on the eye. It was always clean. The free kayak down the river was one of the most enjoyable things within the resort. The staff always offered to take you in the buggy to destinations around the resort. The pool was massive! So many good things about the resort, and well worth the price we paid.
Breakfast could’ve had slightly more variety, but on the whole everything was really good.

We liked absolutely everything.
7.0 / 10.0
Surrounded by nature, easy to see monkeys, monitor lizards, birds etc.
Very quiet, almost too quite. They also seemed a bit tight with few things such as initially only one roll of toilet paper and one card to activate air con.

The rooms.exeptional. excellent setting.
Didn't not say a non alcohol policy.
The restaurant was awful, overpriced.double the price, cold and the manager was rude.
Bringing up main course whilst still eating starters.saying what shall I do with it then ?
10.0 / 10.0
breakfast was good, choice of food was really good, loved Thai food options.
Pool was empty most of the time, we were surprised that we are having 65m private pool most of the time. So reviews that there are not enough sunbeds wasn't helpful.
family rooms were perfect, good size and comfortable.
staff was helpful, buggy drivers always offered a ride till room.
couldn't connect netflix to tv's as tv's had different network connection, but that is small thing to worry about.
9.0 / 10.0
Wildlife all around including monkeys, otters, all sorts of tropical birds and large lizards swimming through the various waterways.
Cabin on the lake was impressive and made ourselves at home instantly.
Restaurant has a great chef and breakfast room provides a wide choice of fresh foods.
Bed excellent - sleep almost guaranteed :)
Lots (I mean lots) of insects.
Can involve a lot of walking getting from room to facilities (transport can be requested)

Absolutely loved the ambiance and architecture and the fact they used traditional materials so it is very sustainable.
Very quiet relaxing environment. Pool was fab. Amazing breakfast. Great staff!
Just a heads up, they do not serve alcohol which was not a problem for me but perhaps may be for others.

Very nice breakfast, lots of options to choose from. The villa was specious and had a nice view and a cute balcony.
Also the property offers FOC activities such as yoga, pilates and aqua aerobics.
Unfortunately, the resorts is a bit outdated, and does not look as fresh as on the pictures anymore.
The pool bar does not offer alcoholic beverages and closes very early.
Our shower was moldy and did not drain properly, the staff came to look at it but did not do much about it.
5.0 / 10.0
The resort is a nice thought out resort.
Nice breakfast
Rooms were nice.
Staff are terribly rude!! To start with we were early so couldn’t check in straight away so went to the pool. Ordered some drinks but the bar lady was really funny about the room number even though this was given to her as we had been told what it would be. We sat for 15 minutes - no drinks came while she continues to serve others and give drinks out, I asked what the delay was and she made out she didn’t speak English and didn’t explain. I walked off to sit around the pool. Another 15 minutes later the drinks we ordered arrived… I still don’t know what this was about!
Then when we came to check in to our Deluxe view room that we had booked… it wasn’t anything. Like we had booked on here. I spoke to reception who said to go back to the lobby. They argued that this was the right room. I showed the booking dot com booking etc and they still was adamant. They were so rude, the girl was sucking her teeth and had a big attitude with us. I asked to speak to the manager - this wasn’t an option, she rang the lady who checked us in in the early afternoon who said there was nothing that could be done as they were fully booked.
No apology or anything, they blamed booking dot com for false advertising and told me to take it up with them which I have messaged them but they haven’t responded but I do know as a host myself that advertising on this platform, you put your own information and photos on here therefore it is their false advertising.
I would just strongly advise to be cautious when booking. It is a nice place but staff are appalling and no customer service and be prepared to not get what you pay for.
9.0 / 10.0
Unique style with hoses on water. Great pool
It could be more space for sun-beds next to a pool. Shame you don’t have options to travel by boat from the room that would be very nice addition to the experience. Very slow and problematic coffee machine on the breakfast.
