Location and value were great.
The small double bedroom downstairs could benefit from a better quality mattress.

The house was very nice, lovely wooden floors all downstairs.
Had 2 downstairs rooms - the kids chilled in the games room whilst adults chilled in the lounge.
Kitchen/dining area spacious, clean with plenty of storage.
Bedrooms and bathrooms nice.
Garden areas nice.
Mevagissey village was lovely - nice shops and harbour. Loved the little aqarium and the little gem of a museum !
Surrounding area was nice - visited St Austell for larger stores, and travelled further for a great beach day to
Goran Haven, also visited the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan - both amazing days out.
On photographs, the property looked to have only a few steps up to the house, but there were many more steps than I realised and had i known this, due to physical problems, i would not have booked this property.
The access road (track) leading to the house was very narrow, and being set on a hill, had a steep drop on one side - it made driving in and out uncomfortable for me, i walked to and from the house to the end of the track.
Described as 'five minutes from a beach- yes, in a car ...
The house was lovely but due to the location, I would not book here again.
I would've preferred an honest description of the house location - i might have still booked had I been prepared.

We liked the position being very close to the village of Mevagissey and to reach other local destinations and attractions. The house is however still quite isolated to enjoy the silence and the view. The kitchen and 1st floor bar are well maintained, spacious and comfortable. The owner was super informative and easy to reach for help and support during our stay.
A monthly spider net cleaning is recommended :)
