Some other hosts could learn a lot from Sea View's owners - they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and "at home": a cream tea, fresh flowers, dog biscuits and lots of board games, as well as children's books and toys.
The place was absolutely spotless and well-equipped, right down to the little bottles of body wash and shampoo.
Everybody in our group said they slept well, thanks to very comfy beds (even the bunks!).
The view is wonderful, especially at sunrise, and we had no trouble parking two cars.
It's right on the coastal path, so ideal for walkers, and very close to a beautifully secluded bay (albeit down lots of steps) for swimmers.
Yes, the house is a steep 10-minute walk back up from the Mevagissey harbour, but we were well aware of that from other reviews, and it burnt off some of the fish 'n' chip calories.

Everything. I would literally suggest anyone who would like to go to Cornwall to get this placed booked. Amazing view very beautiful stay nice and clean cutlery everything was available just as we enter our own place nice backyard to sit and chill with some board games and lots of books to read.
We couldn’t lock the doors of both of the washroom and the only additional thing I really wished is if it had a door for the upstairs room for some privacy.

the location had a sea view and the sea side village was easily accessible from the property, it also had a small children's play park near by.
parking near the property was difficult as the property had no off street parking

The view, to have a kitchen that has a selection of different size frying pans. Safe court yard for the dogs.
