Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment in Bairro Alto

Spacious, clean, good location, quiet, issue with the hot water but was resolved quickly as the staff were very quick to respond to my issue.

No air con but other guests had left fans behind them which were brilliant & needed.

The flat has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The apartment is very close to the town centre. You have a bakery around the corner with fresh buns every day for your breakfast. There s an Auchan shop down then road as well.

To collect the access key you ll have to walk a bit. The entrance door needs a bit of a service, it s very stiff to open and the lock is a bit broken.

Excelente ubicación! Amplio, limpio y súper bien equipado! Perfecto espacio para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Se sentía muy seguro para salir de noche!

Nada grave pero la tetera estaba goteando y una mesa estaba quebrada (pero ni siquiera la usamos) La puerta de entrada muy pesada para abrir

The location, and the apartment layout is great for a group.

The apartment seemed clean at a glance but the more time we spent in it, the more we were disappointed by certain details: Dirty bathroom blinds, giant hole in one of the waste baskets, spots on the cushion cases... The apartment didn't have paper towels, salt and pepper, cooking oil or coffee for the coffee machine. Some of the windows in this apartment are pretty much face to face with the neighbours so I kept my blinds down for the most part. You can also hear the sounds from the crowds on the street at night. I could sleep through it but I thought I'd mention this for noise sensitive guests. I had a pest issue in my room that the host responded to in a sufficient manner. We had to pick up and drop off our keys at a hostel that was about an 8 minute walk away. This is annoying if you have your suitcase and have to drag it up hill, too. I wish this bit of information would've been communicated to me when I booked the apartment. I would only stay at this place again if they took apartment maintenance and cleaning seriously. And if the hosts took care to ensure there are as few undesirable surprises as possible.
