Very clean. Lots of information provided about the house and the area. Well equipped kitchen.
Shower needs another non slip mat as you have to walk off the current one to exit the shower and it's very slippery. A decent size mirror upstairs would have been better than the little ones currently there.

Spotlessly clean. Superb welcome pack. Good enclosed rear garden for the dogs. Hot tub excellent. Beach 5 minutes drive away.
A personal choice, double mattress too soft for ourselves.
