Жилье соответствует фотографиям; очень чистое (и особенно пол, что очень важно!); есть все необходимое для проживания и готовки; просто выйдя из подъезда, можно сразу выбрать один из нескольких ресторанов, чтобы поесть; жилье в самом центре, центральная улица Via Etnea в 50 метрах; хороший напор воды в душе; сама квартира очень стильная и комфортная для проживания; хозяйка всегда на связи и очень отзывчивая; кровать удобная; есть небольшой балкон, где можно сушить белье(есть прищепки)
Особенности проживания: так как внизу много ресторанов, просто возьмите беруши, так как допоздна будет шумно; жилье на предпоследнем этаже, готовьтесь к подъемам и спускам, также аккуратнее при подъеме сразу после входа в подъезд, потолок низкий; в последние дни возникли общедомовые проблемы с напором воды,но думаю, что они скоро будут решены, хозяйка контролирует ситуацию!

Very clean, newly renovated, well appointed, modern and nicely decorated, nice door to sunny mini balcony, central location, super host Vanessa very helpful.
It was noisy at night but on the other hand what do you expect in a central location with bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights as we had Catania as our base (we had rented a car so er explored the east side of the island). We really liked the apartment! It was spacious enough, very fresh and modern, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The hostess Vanessa was very responsive and we had a smooth communication throughout our stay. The apartment is located very centrally and it's close to the Via Etna (the main shopping stree) as well as there is as a great café for breakfast just around the corner. The only a bit challenging thing was the parking since it is hard to find parking in the street in the area so we had parked the car in a garage approxm 12 minutes walk from the apartment.

Beautiful and cosy apartment in the centre of Catania. Very kind and helpful host. Nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity. We had a great time :) Ciaó, Vanessa!
