Sea Oats A203

Great location and close to the beach. Has a pool and a lagoon/bay behind it with covered docks for fishing. Everything you need is there and all the amenities were great. Condo has everything you need.

The stairs!!!!!! My wife and I saw where a couple other condos have pullies mounted on the deck to lift and lower things so you don’t have to lug everything up the stairs for this 50 year old man.

There could've been a few more welcome amenities like coffee supplies. And also the none of the bathroom supplies had anything in them (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).

The location is very close to the beach and was very convenient having a small child. Being able to bring him back and forth for naps was fantastic.

Carrying a toddler up and down the stairs got a little difficult after playing all day, but that's not a big deal. Only real complaint I have as a hot sleeper and being warm from the sun the memory foam mattresses slept hot. Didn't get very well rested, but was comfortable overall.

Very cozy and clean worth our money

We didn't like that there was no keurig coffee pot. Also the stairs were an issue I didn't know that there was no elevator only stairs. I had my mother and aunt who were in their 60s so it was difficult for them to go up and down. And when we arrived we had difficulty getting in the room the passcode wouldn't work that was sent so I had to call vacasa and get another code which we had trouble with and opening the lock on door so I was told someone from the establishment would come help us get in and they never showed. After about 45 minutes of waiting we finally got in the door on our own. Just a few minor things occurred but other than that we enjoyed our stay really nice place.
