The staffs are really good.

The hostel is beautiful, set in the valley with lots of common spaces that are well maintained. I stayed in the treehouse and this was a very unique and fun space. The hostel staff were friendly and arranged lots of activities such as a walk to a secret waterfall and a bonfire evening. Definitely the best place I've stayed in India!
The staff in the cafe were not very friendly.

Our stay at Zostel Mussoorie was truly wonderful! The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming vibe. A special shoutout to our amazing host, Mr. Rajesh, and the friendly volunteer – they made our experience even more memorable. I was traveling with my father, and despite his age, Rajesh went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at home. The food was delicious, and the café coffee deserves a special mention – hands down the best! From the hospitality to the views, this stay was perfect in every way. Highly recommended!
Though the property is a bit on the outskirts, the stunning views more than make up for it—absolutely worth it!

We were very excited to stay here but we were not able to get a taxi from nearby Mussoorie. I rang up the hostel several times, but never got a reply, and eventually they called me back and refused to help me book a taxi to arrive at the hostel. I asked if they knew anyone else who could help, and they said no. A total lack of willingness to help, so we couldn't even make our booking. Very disappointing :(
