    We planned a quick trip over the weekend and booked this hotels and here are the pros and cons. Pros - - it’s quite easy to locate the property - staff was a full on 5/5 for service very polite & helpful - Property has their own parking and they can easily accommodate quite a few cars in there without any issues - best part of the property was food it was full on 10/10 and service surprisingly quick - rooms are very neat and clean and well maintained - property is 2.7 kms away from mall road so that’s great - not all rooms have the balcony but they have a common one with great view, which gets only better as you go on the higher floor - they also give a complimentary drop to mall road though that will be in an eco car but it’s complimentary after-all 😅 Con - it’s an old property and though very well maintained but you can see it at few places so maybe a little renovation can make it one if the best options - we were youngsters so mot an issue but they don’t have lift which might be an issue for some Overall a very good stay and i will highly recommend the property!! Shout out to Om prakash and other staff members for being awesome and helpful.

    The property maintains high standards yet affordable. Family suite was big enough for four people. Peaceful, Neat & clean. Courteous staff. Food quality was very good with affordable price range. The advantage of this property is its location. It is very close to Kempty Falls and has Mussoorie mountains in front of the property. You can enjoy lunch with your family on the rooftop, enjoying the food alongside spectacular view of mountains. Parking available. Recommended.

    Poor look from windows, in mountain view rooms. Frigid cold rooms with inadequate heating. Ok toilets.

    I stayed in Hotel Sungrace for 3 nights and i would like to say that the bed was not clean at all, there were stain on the bed sheet and the room was not properly cleaned. The toilets were clean properly.
