    Had a stay for 3 nights 4 days with senior citizen. The stay was comfortable,clean rooms,good inhouse food,the owner takes feedback seriously and ensure good service to its guest. No parking so be ready to park in paid parking if getting own vehicle.

    Loved the room and the stay. I didn't include the breakfast in the booking, but found that it was quite economical to pay for it at the premise. The only concern was with the car parking. I didn't know that the there's only paid parking available in a public parking place and the entry to the Mall road closes at 4 pm so we couldn't even use the space. Had to park the vehicle further uphill and walk back down to the hotel with the luggage. Thankfully we had packed light, otherwise paid porters are available to carry your luggage to the hotel. Hope this helps someone.

    I travelled to Mussoorie with my family and stayed at Hotel North Wood from 23–24 May 2026. We booked a King Room with a balcony, and the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and valleys from both the room window and balcony. The room was well-maintained, neat, and equipped with all essential amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, an electric kettle, and tea/coffee-making kits. The package also included a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the food was fresh and delicious. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location on Mall Road, just around 150 meters from Picture Palace at the eastern end of the iconic Mall Road. It made exploring the market area very convenient. Since we visited during the peak season, the tariff was slightly on the higher side (approximately ₹6,000 per night). However, considering the location, comfort, cleanliness, and scenic views, it was definitely worth the stay for anyone looking to enjoy the heart of Mussoorie.
