Zentrale Lage
Man schreibt mit Personen die man dann nicht trifft, sondern es kommt eine dritte die gar kein Wort Englisch versteht, die einem dann die Wohnung und alles andere erklären soll. Ein wenig umständlich und nicht gerade förderlich wenn man Rückfragen hat und einfach seinen Urlaub genießen möchte!

Lokal posiada dwie sypialnie (jedna typowo dziecięca) i kuchnię z łóżkiem (my korzystaliśmy z funkcji sofy). Do tego funkcjonalna, choć ciasna łazienka. To drugie piętro, oczywiście bez windy. Taras wspólny z drugim apartamentem, duży. Przez kilka dni byliśmy sami i to jest najbardziej komfortowa opcja. Parkowanie w podwórku jest bezproblemowe. Okolica przesympatyczna. Jeździliśmy na plażę publiczną przy falochronie (ok 1.9 km), jest parking (w dzień powszedni 6 EUR na cały dzień). Do "starej" Chioggii ok kilometra.
Szkoda, że do zmywarki nie było 3-4 tabletek. Była jedna, jak napisała w odpowiedzi na pytanie "czy gdzieś jest więcej?" Laura - można kupić w markecie. Warto pisać, że tak jak proszek do pralki tak tabletki do zmywarki - we własnym zakresie. Ale to drobiazg nie wpływający na zadowolenie z pobytu.

We appreciated the great location, with respect to Sottomarina restaurants, beach and various shops. The kitchen of the flat was well equipped and there was also a washing machine that was useful. There were clothes driers in the garden, on good weather bed linen can dry in half a day. The internal parking was greatly appreciated, for just 3 eur per day, just as the montacarichi - an almost elevator, very useful when having a baby pram.
The flat does have ceiling fans, which is a great idea when it's hot outside, and when there are mosquitoes to repel.
The flat has also lots of storage places of various types.
1) Ours was the only flat without a balcony, which would have been useful to dry the wash quicker than 2.5 days, as inside the building the humidity is quite high even in September with good weather. We couldn't have known that in advance, and we were the only family with a baby and a toddler during our stay.
2) the host's welcoming charm is only surpassed by her fear of guests being destructive, and some annoyance at us not having called the right number to announce the time of our arrival (the messaging, it seems, didn't count).
One must not call the number on Booking upon arrival, but the other phone number in the instructions. This misunderstanding created some stress and it could have been easily avoided by not having more than 1 phone number mentioned as contact number on Booking.com.
At check-in we received a list of "don't do that", which made sense as the owner lived in the same building but less so as our flat wasn't impeccable (the bathroom had a missing shower door, which wasn't mentioned to us prior) and also as many details were improvised to keep costs low. This wasn't a problem but the initial attitude was.
3) keeping the flat clean throughout the stay being the responsibility of the guest, it came to my surprise to find out there was only one option - the broom. Try as I might, dog hair can't go away with a broom. Asking the cleaning ladies was useless - they don't use vacuum cleaners either.
4) we needed a temporary set of linens for our toddler while the initial ones were drying outside. The cleaning ladies and host were reluctant to help, which was surprising given that there's a whole room with drying linens at the ground floor.
5) The towels would need a replacement as there are holes in them and their original colors faded away a long time ago.
The water boiler might be clean inside but the rust does not look pretty inside.

Laura fantasztikus szàllàsadó,kedves ,ès törődött velünk. Folyamatosan figyelte mire lenne szüksègünk. Aprólèkosan mindent megmutatott.
Vègik kedves mosolygós volt.
Rengeteg program volt chioggioba ès mindent jól elmagyaràzott mi hol lessz.
Fantasztikus hely közel a szàllàs a parthoz, kàvèzókhoz ,buszmegàlóhoz, boltokhoz.
Egyszerű sètàval oda talàltunk mindenhez.
Szàllàs tiszta jól felszerelt ,kènyelmes àgyak ,biztonsàgos.
Nem volt olyan minden fantasztikus volt.
