Tenía muy buena ubicación, cercano al transporte público, fácil acceso al piso. Las 2 camas individuales muy cómodas. Fácil comunicación con el responsable y facilidades para acceder un poco antes, ya que íbamos con bebé.
Precio muy elevado para el estado de las instalaciones. Humedad y olor a está en todas las estancias, tuvimos que tener todo el día encendida la calefacción para quitar la humedad. Paredes con signos de humedad y un poco sucias por mantenimiento. Muebles de cocina un poco pasados, con puertas no bien ancladas. Cama de matrimonio que no facilitaba el descanso para varios días. Le falta reforma para cumplir con relación calidad-precio.
