Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean and the onsen was a lovely bonus.

The onsen is free and the free drinks in the evening are amazing. There is a nice and welcoming area where you can go have a coffee or work. The included breakfast is great.
The rooms are really small, two people could barely fit with the luggage in a room. We were not really comfortable in the room. There is not much around and not too close to the train station. With luggages, it is a bit of a walk.

The common spaces were lovely, walkable distance to restaurants, bars and stations. Staff were lovely and a lot of welcome items.
The bedroom could have been cleaned better, there was some hairs in the bed.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pillows were awfully uncomfortable. One long people for 2 people and it was like a lumpy bag of wheat.
