LAZYHOUSE 別邸

Good value for money

Facilities rather old

It’s economical. The bed is comfortable and relaxing. I like the refrigerator inside the room. The hosts are friendly and nice. The meal is delicious and fresh. It is not distant from Okayama Station (about walking for fifteen minutes)

机を動かすと埃が…。

The location is fairly convenient, as it's about a 15 minute walk from Okayama station. But, you do have to go through an underpass which can be a bit confusing to navigate. The 2 bed private room also had plenty of space. I'd say the location is pretty good in general.

The toilets smell and the bathrooms are also quite cramped (the laundry machines are crammed into the space blocking access to the sink). Also, there's only one toilet and shower, so you can only wait for someone ahead of you. So, it would have been nice to have a cleaner, more spacious restroom. Also, the key to my room was apparently broken so I couldn't lock my room, which was an inconvenience and security issue. The rooms are definitely pretty dated, and the floors were carpet, which felt less hygienic. I was definitely a bit disappointed by these things.
