Nice little apartment in the Universal district of Paphos, clean, spacious, well equipped.
There is shade on the terrace in the morning and this helps a lot in August to tolerate this high humidity.
There are two air conditioners in the apartment, although both have timers (max 4 hours) and their cooling temperature cannot be changed, but they work quite well! They charge extra!
We were there in August so we didn't have to worry about the water heating.
The sea is far away but if you rent a car it's not a problem.
There is a pool but the water tastes bad and stings your eyes. It's not salty but fresh water, they just put too much acidic chemicals in it...

Close to shops and bus stations.On a quiet area.Everything we need as utensils were situated in the apartment.
No coffee machine or a cezve for morning coffee women as us.

Чисто (уборка на отлично), современный приятный дизайн, есть всё необходимое – посуда, бытовая техника, обеденный стол, диван с журнальным столиком, отдельная спальня, розетки в доступе. Первый этаж, отдельный вход, своё небольшое частично закрытое пространство/терасса со столиком, парковка. До моря и достопримечательностей не очень далеко пешком. Есть приятный ресторанчик рядом (Pambis).
В целом это тихое место, но здание не новое, шумоизоляция слабая, поэтому хорошо заметны посторонние звуки: от второй выходной двери (на общую лестницу), от стройки дома рядом, иногда самолёты низко летят (аэропорт Пафоса недалеко).
И шторку в ванне хотелось бы иметь.

Lovely apartment, very clean, nice pool.
A bit of a walk to get to the main bits of paphos but otherwise excellent value for money
$$$$
