La résidence est vraiment superbe très calme. Il a 2 grandes piscines et une petite pour les enfants. Très peu de monde donc assez calme. L’appartement avec vue sur la piscine est top. Il est très spacieux et bien aménagé. Il y a plein d’accessoires de plage piscines ainsi que des jeux pour enfants à disposition c’est génial.

Le logement méritait un plus de propreté, les poignées de la cuisine était toute grasse, en dessous du lit il y avait pas mal de saleté et le canapé n’est pas très propre

Two out of the three air conditioners were dripping water, and the apartment ended up flooding due to blocked pipes. A technician arrived after four hours and fixed the issue—no siesta that day. On the bright side, the air conditioner technician cleaned the filters, which were extremely dirty and, of course, unhygienic. Because of the leaking water while the air conditioners were operating—a problem that had clearly been going on for quite some time (in my opinion, for weeks)—the bedroom door couldn’t be closed. The wood of the door and its frame had swollen, which meant we had no privacy with my wife. The apartment itself was very dirty. The cooker hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and the electric exhaust fan in the toilet was extremely filthy—it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. In short, the flat was not well maintained or regularly cleaned. And the cherry on the cake...the owner’s excuses about the problems with the air conditioning and the door were incredibly frustrating.
