Townhouse in Paradise Gardens

Uns hat sehr gut die Größe und die Ausstattung der Wohnung gefallen. Es gab genügend Geschirr und Besteck, ebenso einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, in der Nähe sind 2 Supermärkte und eine Bushaltestelle ist auch schnell zu erreichen.

Nicht so gut fand ich das es dort keinen durchgehenden Handyempfang gibt. Leider waren auch Baustellen in der Nähe und da immer gearbeitet wird war es entsprechend laut. Auch gab es ein Problem mit Ameisen die man bekämpfen muss.

Great potential, but maintenance needs significant improvement. While the property has an excellent location and potential, the current maintenance quality significantly diminishes its value. Main issues: - Air conditioning units contain internal mold growth (those sensitive to mold should avoid using them) - Mold and dust buildup behind and inside the radiators - Beds are uncomfortably short - Blankets are worn, dirty, and dusty; blanket covers don't match the size of blankets - Furniture is extremely low quality with broken pieces scattered around the apartment - Upon arrival, the building's water supply from the street was shut off and I had to resolve this independently - Interior decoration includes low-quality plastic ornaments - The 10:00 AM checkout is inconveniently early and a late checkout request was met with a €20 fee Recommendation to the owner: Please consider changing your service provider, as the current property management does not match the property's potential. The apartment has excellent features, but poor maintenance, poor furnishing choices, and substandard customer service significantly impact the guest experience.
