Petit appartement ancien mais très fonctionnel.
J'ai apprécié la disponibilité de son propriétaire. La clarté et la précision des échanges sont très rassurantes.
L'appartement était frais à notre arrivée et même si nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit, celle-ci était agréable car la zone est très calme.
On peut se garer facilement en face ou un peu plus près du port, et c'est très appréciable.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si besoin.

L’emplacement, le rapport qualité prix, le calme, l’équipement. Le studio ne manque de rien.
Pas de wifi ni réseau. Chaise de salle a manger bancale.

Il faut vivre les volets fermés car appartement ras le trottoir. Les passants ont une vue plongeante dans l'appartement. Hall d'entrée qui demanderai un bon rafraîchissement en peinture
