About this apartment rental
Nice cozy apartment completely renovated of 25m² located in a large formerly family house where we have taken care to preserve the soul of the place.
Ideally located, close to all amenities and the La Rochelle/Royan-Oléron axis, bus stop 1 minute walk to the city center.
Free parking at the back of the house with two reinforced sockets for electric vehicles (by reservation only, provide charging cable compatible with the standard French mains socket).
Furnished tourist accommodation classified 2 *, the accommodation has:
● A living room with equipped kitchen and everything necessary for the preparation of meals, a sofa bed for 2 people (140/190), a dining table with 4 chairs, a Wi-Fi TV with Netflix (have your access codes).
● A separate bedroom with double bed (140/190) and dressing room to store your belongings.
● A bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo.
● A separate toilet.
● A small outdoor terrace sheltered in front of the bay window which is also a place of passage to access the common entrance.
■ Sheets for The double bed and the sofa bed as well as towels are extra, rates to be adapted to the number of people.
■ Bath mats, dish towels, duvets and pillows are provided.
■ The accommodation must be returned tidy and clean, but for the comfort of each traveller we always come to the end of the stay to check and clean more thoroughly.
You will arrive at your accommodation "1" located on the first floor through a common entrance. You will have the entire accommodation at your disposal during your entire stay.
You can arrive and depart independently thanks to a key box located next to the common entrance door.
The parking lot is accessible to you.
As far as possible we can be present to welcome you from 4pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
We can lend a travel cot on reservation.
We have two other accommodations in the same house: a 33m2 apartment and a 54m2 apartment located upstairs.
