About this house rental
Martine and Rémy are delighted to welcome you to a charming Charentais house that has been renovated into two adjoining gîtes for 4 and 6 people.
Comfortable attic bedrooms with quality bedding, chest of drawers or storage shelves, wardrobe, duvet and blanket.

Each gîte has its own enclosed garden and terrace. Shops 1.5 km away.
Ideal location for cycling from the gite.
Ideally situated on the Charente coastline, our gîtes are close to Rochefort and at the heart of many tourist destinations: the Ile d'Oléron and Fort Boyard, the Ile de Ré and Ile d'Aix, the Moëze and Brouage marshes for long bike rides or birdwatching on foot. At Port des Barques, just 10 minutes from the gites, there is a seawater reservoir by the beach where you can swim whatever the time of tide, and at low tide you can go on foot, by bike or by car to Ile Madame, the world of fishing. We are half an hour from La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes, Saint Jean d'Angély and Surgères.
Rochefort is a family destination par excellence, and has won awards for its commitment to the environment.
It has been awarded the Grand Site de France label for some twenty years of commitment to preserving its landscapes and heritage.
In the event of a pandemic: Guarantee of reimbursement of deposit in the event of regulatory impossibility and implementation of a health protocol for your safety. The gites will be disinfected using virucidal products that comply with the AFNOR NF EN 14476 standard. In addition, these products will be made available to you in each accommodation, along with hydro-alcoholic gel or solution.
Open all year round, you can use this gîte for holidays, spa treatments or teleworking. Longer lets are available for courses and training sessions, outside the ‘High Season’. For periods of less than a week, please contact us.

Gîte for 4 people, 50m2: from 470 to 865 euros/week
High season => July/August. Rental from Saturday to Saturday
For people taking the waters: 3-week rentals => on request from the owner, you will receive a 25% discount on your stay.
35% deposit on booking
Deposit 400 euros
Arrivals: from 5 pm
Departures: before 10 am
The keys will be handed over on site by the owners.
Furnished rental with connected TV/fibre WiFi/dishwasher/washing machine/dryer
Umbrella bed, baby chair, bathtub... available free of charge on request
Optional extras Sheets 20 €/bed, towels 5 €/person, cleaning 60 €.
