Location and it is very traditional Colombian style.
Heard furniture and tables moving around in the morning. Maybe because they were cleaning(?)

Clean, bright, large room, seating area in lobby, breakfast room had beautiful views over the mountains. We had a lovely big room.
Nothing - but breakfast could have been a bit more interesting and varied. Hot water for tea and a toaster would have been nice. Bread was dry. But lovely juices and pieces of papaya. And cooked egg dishes were nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Santa Laura. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the atmosphere felt very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the location was also very convenient for exploring Jericó. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
There was nothing major to dislike. If I had to mention something, a few small details in the room could be updated, but nothing that affected the overall comfort of the stay.
