Sehr ruhige Lage; der Gastgeber Francesco und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool ist wunderschön und sauber. Geschäfte und Bäckereien sind mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt – unter anderem Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Haartrockner. Frische Bettwäsche ist gegen einen Aufpreis von 30 Euro erhältlich. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Städte und benachbarte Orte wie Pisa, Guardistallo, Bolgheri, Cecina usw.
Generell gibt es hier viele Tigermücken, die sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr aggressiv sind; das Anbringen von Fliegengittern an Türen und Fenstern wäre eine ideale Lösung. Außerdem fehlt ein Safe in der Wohnung.
