From the minute we arrived Carol made us feel like one of the family. Beautiful villa! . Stunning gardens. Exceptionally comfortable room with everything we needed and more. Very quiet villa. Super relaxing! Safe car parking. We stayed three nights but would have loved to have stayed longer. Carol was a perfect host. Breakfast under the olive tree simply started our days off in the best way. Carol is also a great cook. We had dinner on our last evening at the villa and enjoyed typical delicious local cuisine and wine. Would definitely recommend La Villa Topi.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à la Villa Topi à Antibes ! Tout était parfait, du cadre à l’accueil, en passant par le confort et les petites attentions.
Un grand merci à Carole, une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, disponible et véritablement aux petits soins pour ses clients. Elle a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable et chaleureux.
Nous recommandons vivement la Villa Topi à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un excellent séjour à Antibes. Une très belle adresse où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ☀️🌴✨

Il nostro soggiorno alla Villa Topi è stato perfetto ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera era pulita, fresca ed accogliente. La piscina è splendida e il giardino è un'oasi di pace. La colazione ottima. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

The location is not close to things to do. But very quiet and residential. Lovely garden.
Carole the owner is fabulous and very helpful. Lovely host!
The towels were inadequate. Too small and rough and didn’t get changed daily.
