Disappointed. I saved up for this one vacation and it was disappointing.

Proximity to the beach, hot tub, spaciousness

There’s an overwhelming mold smell in one bedroom and the washing machine. Despite airing those out, it remained throughout our stay. There’s a pretty strong urine smell in upstairs. Dog hair/dust bunnies and trash on floor from previous visitors and bed quality was not impressive. Stairs led up to main living room/kitchen and I didn’t know this when booking so my Mom (who is having knee surgery) struggled to get up and down to the main living room. Wi-fi network wasn’t showing up when we arrived and I reached out to both vacasa and local person through text, calling and email and there wasn’t a response to any of the calls. There are pages missing from the manual that include where to take the trash, among other items, so that wasn’t helpful.

the jacuzzi’s didn’t work. someone came to fix it and it still didn’t work. that was main reason we picked there so that was a bummer.

Perfect location to explore Natural Bridges Viewpoint - MEMORIES for a Lifetime!

Mermaid's Den is the PERFECT location!!! The front porch deck is wonderful for the sunset and sights/sounds of the waves crashing on shore!! The Kitchen is a wonderful chef's kitchen! We had everything we needed to cook on site. Living area is very comfortable, the fireplace was great, and rooms/levels have their own temperature control. The HOT TUB; fabulous jets, easy to raise cover, and even if raining, the cover stays elevated over the tub for all season use!
