Location was amazing, open balcony looking right over harbour. Rooms and staff were great, real surprise to have breakfast brought to us, which was amazing, a great find right in the heart of New Quay.
Parking can be a bit problematic as very busy area, just needed to move the car around now and then.

Richard and Diana were very welcoming,great conversation, and knowledgeable. The room we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed plus the best views in Newquay only 2 min walk to the harbour. The breakfast was great, set us up for the whole day. We were overlooking the bay and harbour. Perfect for people and dolphin watching. I did misplace my glasses while trying on sum great merch from there shop. He soon had them back to me. Thanks Richard & Diana. We will definitely be visiting you again soon.
