Great location and very spacious

The property was very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The location was great as it is based near the Kaunas castle and big children playground. It had a spacious ptivate parking area.

The property needs a little bit more maintenance (sinks in the kitchen and bath were blocked, the back side of the sofa looked broken, there were some outdated food left in the kitchen and socks from previous guests in the wardrobe).

Lovely place to stay

Perfect location, just next to the Kaunas Castle and the old town, with a private secure car park, rooms very spacious, high ceilings, lots of storage space, and a washing machine. there are few places around that serve fantastic breakfast, one just across the street. Reasonable price

I was missing a dishwasher and coffee machine, like Nespresso or something like that, there was a filter coffee maker, but it didn't work, again little extra details that would help to improve the experience, also it could be a bit noisy on the street during the weekend.

Location was excellent, the apartment was around the corner from the square, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby

Loud music from the restaurant below on occasions, the kitchen tap was very loose and no tea towels, a toaster would be good

The apartment was spotlessly clean bright warm and modern. The owner was on hand to help and advise on any questions I had. ideal spot and tight in the town. Perfect for my needs.

Good location, very spacious apartments

It was not very clean, there was no hot water, only a little bit warm. No hairdryer, no teaspoons, no sugar, no wine glasses, only cups. Inside there was really bad smell so we had to keep open windows all the time. The heated towel rail was cold, we turned it on, but it didn’t work so our towels didn’t get dry. No cosiness overall.

Kadangi butą nuomavau savo dukrai ir jos 2 vaikams, patiko tas, kad buvo šalia mano pačios namų. Dėl to ir pasirinkome šį butą.

Butas apleistas ir netvarkingas. Įrenginiai ir buitinė technika atgyvenusi savo. Paviršiai lipnūs, grindys ir palangės nusėtos sudžiuvusiais vorais ir uodais. Netyčia pastūmus sofą-lovą, pasimatė dar daugiau šiukšlių, mat po ja apskritai nevalyta niekada. Problema su elektros instaliacija. Pastoviai dinginėjo elektra, skambinom skųstis, atsiuntė meistrą, bet tas kartojosi ir kartojosi. Dukra dirbo nuotoliu, tai dėl to turėjo daug problemų. Be to, nebuvo pilnai sukomplektuota patalynė, nors aiškiai nurodėm žmonių skaičių - 3. Vėliau pristatė, bet laikas buvo sugaištas tam. Kaldros ir pagalvės - senos ir purvinos, apvilkus švariais užvalkalais to nesimato, bet jausmas nėra malonus.
