Very good location. Just behind the Nishijin station, full of restaurants and convenience stores.
The house is huge. Plenty space for a big suitcases. 3 washing basins, two toilets, two bathrooms.
Since this is a drinking district, there was a noise from downstairs until after midnight.
AND, please put a dining table and chairs. There is a nice kitchen, but no place to eat.

足夠的房間及浴室 整体空間很夠10人使用 住宿地在4樓 臨街就是拉麵一條街 附近也有西新商店街 唐吉訶德等等 很是方便
住宿有洗衣機（附洗衣精） 曬衣架 廚房杯盤 廚具都有
電梯較小 住宿門口在小巷子 大車不好進入 公共區的桌子較小（只有沙發廳的長茶几）要用餐時不夠使用

位置很好，方便。距離地鐵站跟商店街及唐吉柯德都很近，步行10分鐘。樓下很多拉麵店燒烤店，還有一間大型百貨商場無印良品。
1.電梯很小只能四個人進去，電梯牆面有貼地毯，那個地毯味道很臭，進去要憋氣。
2設備：廚房設備不是很齊全，乾淨度不太好，抽油煙機看起來沒使用過舊舊的生鏽灰塵也有，煮熱水也只能用鐵壺煮熱開水很不方便，希望有電熱水壺。
餐具🍴筷子叉子湯匙碗盤都不夠，我們10人預訂後卻沒有可以10人的餐具。
3.客廳桌子只有一張跟圖片一樣很小
3.環境周邊：街邊有一些風俗館半夜會比較吵。
5備品：衛生紙、垃圾袋等沒有附五天份備品，第一次用完的備品需自行添購購買衛生紙及垃圾袋，第一次遇到，官網預訂的說明都沒有說到，垃圾袋需要自行添購，覺得不太合理。
6掃除用具：吸塵器很難用，也沒有掃把。
7客廳有兩台冷氣其中一台冷氣會滴水不要開，但還可以勉強涼。
