Nice but not for us

The location is on the lake. Also I was traveling with my baby and the host was kind enough to provide a crib for him.

I wouldn’t recommend the property for traveling with a baby. The apartment is quite small and it was really hot without any AC (the AC was there but broken). Therefore my baby was uncomfortable and was very upset throughout the whole stay and would not sleep. I mentioned the AC issue to the host but she did not reply. We were also unlucky as there was a storm when we were there so we were stuck indoors and the place is small and difficult to be stuck inside with a baby. Due to the weather we could not really appreciate the location of the property. Finally, there was a bit of a smell in the apartment when we arrived so we had to air the property. It smelt like it could be dampness, however I saw no signs of dampness so I cannot be sure what it was. I’m sure on a day with better weather and for people traveling without a baby this property would work well. Therefore this review is just for my specific situation.

Location is perfect !!!. Private access to Annecy lake and amazing mountain view are excellent. Village Duingt is very quiet and has the best bakery in the World - 200 m from this place. I was my first visit, but I'll back :-)

Ottima host, Indra é super disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarti. Loft piccolo ma dotato di ogni comfort, funzionale ed accessoriato in ogni sua parte. Pulito e in posizione comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona, compresa Annecy.

Letto matrimoniale purtroppo costituito da due letti singoli attaccati e con materasso un po' scomodo. Durante il nostro soggiorno purtroppo non è stata disponibile la connessione WiFi, probabilmente a causa del maltempo dei giorni precedenti (inizio gennaio), Indra ha fatto comunque il possibile per cercare di risolvere il problema.

Le loft était bien mais il n’était pas précisé qu’il n’y avait pas de balcon un peu décevant.

Die Lage am See, die nahegelegene Bäckerei waren sehr gut. Schön, dass wir eigene Liegestühle hatten.

Der Spar existiert nicht mehr. Die Strasse war am Morgen früh recht lärmig.

Ces quelques jours à Duingt ont été très agréables

Logement très bien situé (proche restaurants, supérette, arrêt bus...) et très bien équipé. Petit village tranquille, parfait pour se détendre. Et le lac, magnifique !

Chouette studio en bord de lac mais sans vue directe et à rafraichir un peu

Les + : - accueil impeccable et remise en main des clés - informations claires et détaillés pour le fonctionnement général reçues par notre hôtesse d'accueil (Indra) - la situation au bord du lac - l'équipement de l'appartement très complet - Wifi opérationnel - arrêt de bus pour Annecy et boulangerie à 2 minutes à pied - literie correcte

Les - : - pas de vue sur le lac, le studio est sous les combles et ne dispose pas de terrasse (autant le savoir). Du coup, on se sent un peu à l'étroit. - bien que le studio soit très joli, il commence à faire un peu vieillot. Un bon rafraichissement ne ferait pas de tort. - les finitions (de manière générale) ne sont pas top.

La situation de la résidence en bord du lac d'Annecy. Indra qui était la personne qui nous a reçus à notre arrivée, trés accueillante, de bons conseils et trés disponible. Tout était parfait.

Logement très propre et très bien équiper. Commerce à proximité. Avec la plage privée et le ponton, on profite pleinement du lac.

Superbe emplacement pour notre séjour au bord du lac. Appartement très fonctionnel. Cadre magnifique. La personne qui nous a accueillie était très gentille et disponible au besoin. Lieu idéal pour rejoindre la voie verte pour vélo et propice à la randonnée.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, calme et reposant tout en profitant du cadre magnifique.

La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a remis les clés, avec de bons conseils sur les activités et lieux à proximité. La localisation parfaite, ni trop près ni trop loin de la ville, et le paysage était à mon gout le plus beau possible à avoir autour du Lac (au pied des montagnes, on se sent tout petit). Le village de Duingt est magnifique et nous avons retrouvé l'esprit montagne que nous recherchions. 2 parking à dispositions et aucun soucis pour se garer, résidence sécurisée et calme.

Annecy et ses alentours, ça vaut le détour.

Très bien situé avec accès direct à un ponton réservé aux locataires et un parking gratuit. Nous avons suivi les conseils de Sébastien (notre hôte) : nage dans le lac (23°), visité Annecy et ses bâtiments médiévaux, balade vers la cascade Angon, visite des lieux de départ des parapentes, grimpette sur la montagne...
