Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly. Location excellent- most places to visit within walking distance.
Also ferry to Asia side of Bosphorus.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk around the old town and find its spots within small walking minutes. The staff of this hotel is the friendliest ever and really understand what hospitality stands for.
It is okay for one or two nights to explore the old town but it urgently needs renovation and is not up to standards. The price for the hotel is clearly coming from the exceptional location and not the provided service and comfort of the hotel itself.

Its central position
The room and the day receptionist. Standard room is a small 12m room at the last floor (very hot), without window (Claustrophobic, no fresh air), having less then 1m from the entrance door till the bed (Claustrophobic).
We Asked the receptionist to change the room with a bigger one (by paying the difference), but he refused saying they don’t have any room free..the elevator is very noisy (most probably disturbing every room); same time, there was a lot of noise from the upper terrace where other tourists were having a party every night (asked the receptionist to discuss with them after 1AM, but most probably he didn’t even climb the stairs to discuss with them..).
We had to fall asleep after 3AM in the last 2night (2 our of 4) due their ‘beer discussions’, sex moans and slammed doors.
Hair dryier was broken.
10AM last morning (2hours before mentioned checkout), he was looking angry at us every time we met. 11:30AM (30mins before declared checkout), when we gave him the keys, we asked to give this feedback in front of him. Due the fact we were in late for the airport, he had the impertinence to ask our phone so that he can write it instead of us. That guy insisted for around 5mins, till driving us angry.
Booking should know about the receptionist’s impertinence (in order to rate with a higher note).
