The convenience to the ferry, especially because I didn’t know it was on a separate island from Vaxholm

Rooms were nice but very small…and it’s was not clear that the “exceptional breakfast” listed on the property would be just cold sandwiches and making your own boiled eggs.

The room was nice and clean, view from the terrasse on Vaxholm was nice but our room was on a grass slope.

I was quite disappointed seeing the excellent reviews on booking... It's quite hard to drag your suit case (no pavement then stairs) and once there you don't feel very welcome, more like a potential trouble: not allowed to use the kitchen only meant for staff, poor sound insulation so you're more or less asked not to go to the loo at night. I understand that lack of noise insulation is an issue but being threatened of costs if noise happened was a bit too much (especially when it includes the loo). The breakfast is ok but specially vegan friendly.
