For one night it was bearable, sofa bed had springs sticking up making it impossible to sleep, no pillows or bedding for

Location was ok but not ideal with no parking outside the apartment, WiFi was good, lovely smart tv with Netflix etc, main bed comfortable. Having the plug in radiator was welcome as it was cold as no bedding for the second bed.

Doors hanging off hinges on kitchen and bathroom cupboards, no bedding for second bed which was impossible to sleep on with broken springs, not cleaned to a satisfactory level. Clumps of hair when sofa bed pulled out, food crumbs around microwave, ground in grime around sink

Clean sheets, clean toilet and sink. Very quiet apartment. All on one level. Nice big TV and comfy futon bed - but difficult to get out for older people!

Stained towels. The apartment was unfinished (doorframes left bare and holes filled in - no paint. Floor boards not meeting - big gaps for dirt and grime to collect. Dirt collecting around windows. Unable to open curtains due to over looking neighbours. Big gaps in tiles in the bathroom. Kitchen sink tap very loose in the work top!) Clarity required for which key fits in which door - as someone tried to enter our property with a wrong key at 11pm when we had retired!

great value for money and location. you do get what you paid for and is probably alright for most couples to stay in.

The bed is comfy and the kitchenette had a decent array of equipment and utensils. Great location, about 15-30mins from Birmingham City Central and there is a tesco express within walkable distance to grab food and essentials.

We did wipe down surfaces and swept the floor when we arrived as it wasn’t at a satisfactory level when we arrived. The sliding door to the bathroom does not seal shut, so there is a gap which kind of reduces privacy as well as allowing a cold draft to get in through the bathroom as it has the only opening window in the apartment. Entertainment that was shown in pictures and the guest book weren’t actually available at the property such as board games, a ps4 etc. just a flat screen TV. Wifi was unreliable at best so those who rely on it instead of mobile data may struggle.

Overall it was a bad experience

It’s really pathetic both inside and out

First of all they said there is free parking space but it was not there, the atmosphere of the property was extremely pathetic, inside was not tidy and clean except toilet. Utensils were rusty and not usable, there is a foul smell inside, so we left the apartment with in half an hour without thinking about money

Absolutely Nothing.

It was in the middle of a run down council estate. Taxi driver even said it is a troubled area. It is not an apartment it is a teenagers bedsit, built on the side of a house. Very depressing room everything was black including curtains, bed, furniture. Cables over the floor. Over looked by the neighbours. Groty en suite. Bathroom needs a revamp. No parking. We found a grass verge out side someone’s else’s house. We didNOT stay. Had to find other accommodation.

The location is odd, it's basically an extended conservatory that you're getting and is a relatively small space. The bathroom also doesn't close properly and operates on a sliding door.

Dreadful place, didn’t even stay the night. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

There was nothing I liked about the property. Arrived at 15:00 and left at 17:15 due to the poor quality.

The property looked bigger in the photos. These photos need updating! The shower glogs and doesn’t drain (mop and bucket left in the bathroom to clean it up). Very unclean. Tv available, no tv channels as no Ariel and when you use the Netflix provide all accounts in use elsewhere. Bedding looked unclean and pillows stained. The work in the property was not completed. The floor was not put together properly. Nothing like the photos. False advertising. Took photos and shared with the property. They ignored the communication (although seen on WhatsApp) until checkout time where they then said the property is fine. I will continue to dispute this on booking.com for a refund.

Everything was clean, modern and it’s not like a normal hotel, it has enough tea for 5 guest… you’d never run out of anything you need for a amazing night stay
